How CAN WE PROVIDE SERVICE?
 

You are always welcome through our doors; we offer snacks and beverages, phones and restrooms. Please also take advantage of our many case management services:

Shelter Referral

Referral assistance includes referrals to shelters, including Central�s Night Shelter for men, open November 1 through March 31st


Drug and Alcohol Rehabilitation Placements


Medical

Including eye exams and dental care not covered by Medicaid or Grady Hospital; and to other social service providers.

ID Services

Obtain a copy of your birth certificate or a Georgia ID card.

The center sees guests for case management by appointment. Appointments are scheduled for the next business day on a first-come-first serve basis by appearing in person at the Center by 8:00 am on Monday through Friday.

Appointments may also be scheduled over the phone beginning at 9:15 am by calling (404) 659-7119. Guests are seen between 9:00 am and 12:30 pm, Monday through Friday. The center is closed on weekends and for major holidays.

The Outreach Center is located on the lower level at the front of the main Church office building at 201 Washington St. SW, Atlanta, GA 30303 (see map). The phone number is (404) 659-7119.
