The Central Outreach and Advocacy Center (OAC) serves the poor and homeless as an innovative resource and voice, by addressing basic needs with a focus on moving others towards self-sufficiency and permanent housing.

The Center operates each weekday, and the 2nd and 4th Saturdays of each month, offering daily services to nearly 200 men, women, and children who are near homeless or homeless.

The Center advocates on behalf of the poor and homeless before public bodies, in individual situations when injustices have been committed and in educating the greater community, thereby developing new advocates.

There are several ways in which you can help the Central Outreach & Advocacy Center achieve its mission.
