The Central Outreach and Advocacy Center selects
issues on public policy positions and engages
public officials based on our Mission and Vision
Statements. The goal of the advocacy program
is to draw on resources within and outside the
Central congregation to educate others and ourselves
about specific local, state, and federal legislative
issues which impact directly the guests we serve
in our outreach program and to coordinate efforts
to engage public officials on those issues.
Our particular focus is with issues relating
to homelessness.
